Baulch Ministries is the shared ministry of Bob and Wendy Baulch, based in Beaumont, Texas. We serve together through teaching, content creation, pastoral care, and wherever God opens a door.
Bob Baulch
I spent more than forty years in the Churches of Christ before God led me on a journey out of that tradition and into a deeper understanding of His grace. That journey was not easy, and it was not clean. I have a past marked by failure, including three divorces and years of addiction. But in 2016, God set me free, and I have never looked back.
Today I serve as a Bible teacher and substitute preacher at Redemption Church, a charismatic non-denominational congregation here in Beaumont. I also create content for That’s Jesus Channel on YouTube, where I produce the COACH (Church Origins and Church History) podcast and other teaching series focused on church history, baptism, and why I left the Church of Christ.
I work full time at ExxonMobil Pipeline Company and do all of this ministry on the side because the gospel is too important to keep to myself. I am not a pastor. I am a Bible teacher who believes that Jesus is the center of everything, that grace is real, and that the messy chapters of church history have something to teach all of us.
Wendy and I married in 2012. I have three grown sons and four grandchildren. My life is proof that God does not wait for you to get cleaned up before He starts working.
